MARG- Mutual Aid Response Group or Mutual Accident Response Group  Industry and its growth are vital for any countries economical growth. At the same time it may also bring the associated problems like accidents, pollution etc. In some of the accidents their effects can spread to the neighborhood. A timely and correct action at local level has its own distinct advantage to minimize these effects.  MARG as a concept has unique multiplier effect, as it envisage the optimization of resources. In local language MARG means showing path for unity in diversity. OSHA suggest hierarchy of the hazard control - the first step in hazard control is Elimination of the hazard, second is substitute the hazardous operation, third is engineering control ,fourth is administrative control and the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) should be the last resort in controlling the hazard. It has also to be borne in mind that personal protective equipments do not and cannot eliminate or minimize an hazard; they also cannot stop an accident from taking place.
